Shipping policy

PICKUP : pickup is available Tuesday to Sunday from 12pm to 6pm at THEMARKETPLACE at 317 Main St, Farmingdale 11735.

 

DELIVERY : delivery is available in Nassau, Suffolk county and NYC with a fee based on your location. If you are out of our delivery range and would like to place and order, please email us to see if we could accommodate.

Please note that we do our best to accommodate your delivery window but cannot guarantee the time slot selected. When you select a time, your delivery would be within the 2h selected slot.

We recommend that the recipient should be home to receive the platter as items are perishable in heat. It is recommended to leave a cooler outside with an ice pack if you know you will not be home for the delivery. French Boards and Bites is NOT responsible for temperature control and possibility of spoilage.

If you are sending the platter as a gift, it is the responsibility of the purchasing person to work with the gift receiver to notify them of the delivery.

Cheese and charcuterie platters, breakfast boxes, desserts, chocolate covered strawberries... must be put into refrigeration upon acceptance.
